Die Fahrer stammen mittlerweile aus L\u00e4ndern wie Indien, Polen, Tschechien, Bulgarien und vielen mehr. Dieser Tatsache muss sich besonders das Versandpersonal stellen. Hier helfen nicht nur Google &amp; Co., sondern auch meine Sprachenhilfen.<\/p><p>In diesem Blogbeitrag soll es aber nicht um die Kommunikationsf\u00e4higkeit der Fahrer, sondern die unserer F\u00fchrungskr\u00e4fte gehen. Seit dem Ende des Zweiten Weltkrieges ist Englisch die Weltsprache. 1964 wurde damit begonnen, das Fach Englisch in den deutschen Haupt- und Realschulen zu unterrichten. Also seit 60 Jahren. Da k\u00f6nnte man doch annehmen, dass jede Person, die in Deutschland eine Schule besuchte, der englischen Sprache m\u00e4chtig ist. Davon gehen anscheinend auch sehr viele F\u00fchrungskr\u00e4fte aus. Die Realit\u00e4t ist aber eine andere. 22,3 % der 14 \u2013 19 J\u00e4hrigen, 24,9 % der 20 \u2013 29 J\u00e4hrigen, 34 % der 30 \u2013 39 J\u00e4hrigen, 43,7 % der 40 \u2013 49 J\u00e4hrigen, 52,1 % der 50 \u2013 59 J\u00e4hrigen und 63 % der 60 \u2013 69 J\u00e4hrigen haben laut einer Studie von Statista.de geringe oder keine Kenntnisse in der englischen Sprache.<\/p><p>In den letzten Jahren behauptete ich immer, dass die zwei Hauptgr\u00fcnde f\u00fcr Probleme in einem Unternehmen oder auch in der Familie eine mangelnde Organisation und Kommunikation sind. Dies muss ich jetzt um einen Punkt erweitern. Hinzu kommt die <em>falsche <\/em><em>Kommunikation<\/em>. Nehmen wir das folgende Beispiel: \u201eDieser Workshop dient dazu, die Hard Facts und Soft Facts auszuarbeiten. Im Sort by werden die Bulletpoints erarbeitet. Mit dem sp\u00e4teren Benchmark wissen wir dann, wohin die Reise geht.\u201c Verstehen Sie das? Gratulation. Das ist super. Aber der Gro\u00dfteil Ihres Teams hat entweder nur Bahnhof verstanden oder ist nach dem ersten Satz geistig ausgestiegen. Durch eine solche Art der Kommunikation verunsichert und verwirrt man die Leute. Besonders bei der innerbetrieblichen Verst\u00e4ndigung ist dies aber nicht sinnvoll und niemals zielf\u00fchrend. Auch wenn die \u201eChef-Etage\u201c so spricht, macht das im Lager oder in der Produktion niemand.<\/p><p>In Unternehmen werden gerne Zielgruppenanalysen gemacht, um den Kunden besser kennenzulernen. Wie w\u00e4re es mal mit einer solchen Analyse, um die Mitarbeiter besser kennenzulernen? Es muss meiner Meinung nach wieder eine klare und verst\u00e4ndliche Sprache in den Unternehmen gesprochen werden. H\u00f6ren Sie auf mit Fremdw\u00f6rtern und Fachbegriffen um sich zu werfen und sagen Sie, wie die Lage ist und was der Auftrag ist.
